Thank you for visiting Ministry of Nodes.
We are two Sydney based accountants with a passion for Bitcoin and Austrian economics. For many years we have both understood the importance of financial freedom and the freedom of speech that comes with it. We formed Ministry of Nodes to aid in the educational journey of individuals and businesses around a new form of money – Bitcoin. As depicted in our logo, we believe it is important for a sovereign individual to be the King or Queen of his or her financial domain. We believe, over the long term, Bitcoin can help achieve these goals and empower you to take control of your money.
As such, the articles section of the site are posts written by us aimed to give you an insight into our influences and understanding of Bitcoin. It is designed for new comers to quickly grasp, what we believe, is important in an age of (mis)information. Our focus is solely on Bitcoin backed by an Austrian economic philosophy. These are topics you will not typically find taught in schools or universities. You won’t find content here on ‘cryptocurrencies’ or ‘blockchains’ as we view them as a distraction. We encourage you to take the time to read our content and share it with your friends and family.
We have also noticed that Bitcoin related content and materials are oftentimes difficult to obtain in Australia at a reasonable price (taking into consideration exchange rates, shipping fees and taxes). We decided to create a web store to help with that. You’re welcome to browse our humble web store and make a purchase. If you work in the Sydney CBD area, feel free to arrange a local pickup. We’re always keen to meet fellow Bitcoiners! Further details are on the store section of the website.
We understand there are individuals and businesses who value being walked through Bitcoin related material face-to-face and want the ability to ask questions. We have carefully curated the plethora of material available to bring you workshops and coaching sessions that are purely focused on Bitcoin. We want to educate anyone who wants to learn more about this financial revolution and what it means for society. This forms the workshops section of the site. We strive to leave no willing participant behind. If you want to learn, we want to teach. Here you will find course outlines and logistical information. If you’re interested in attending, please secure your place to the seminars we host through our website.
The About section of the site gives an overview of who we are, what we do, why we do it.
We are available on Twitter @ministryofnodes and via email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please contact us if you have any questions.
