Announcing: Bitcoin Starter Guide

Announcing the Bitcoin Starter Guide!

We understand that it can sometimes be daunting buying and holding bitcoin. There are many risks and if you’re not careful it could be costly.

We have created a series of video guides that help you understand this new form of money. We show you the process of how to buy bitcoin and how to self custody it. We talk you through the risks and provide steps on how to protect yourself from those risks.

We discuss the important lessons we have learnt over the years. Learn from our years of experience and take advantage of the insights that we bring.

The Bitcoin Starter Guide is designed to give you the practical knowledge to see success in your transition to Bitcoin.

What’s On Offer

At the moment, our web store has two products.

How to buy Bitcoin takes complete beginners through the bitcoin buying process. We ensure you understand the risks when it comes to buying and demonstrate how to buy.

How to hold (Intermediate) is for those who are looking to up their sovereignty. Perhaps you’re using a Trezor or Ledger and want to learn how to use a hardware wallet with your own node. We take you through the end to end process of initialising a Coldcard and using it air gapped with Specter Desktop Wallet and Bitcoin Core. This is currently our top recommended setup as it allows for further exploration into multi-signature setups in future.

Future Guides

We will soon have a How to hold (Beginner) guide, where we focus on initialising and using a Trezor or Ledger whilst drawing your attention to the risks of these products and how to protect yourself from them. Keep an eye out for that.

The How to hold (Advanced) guide will be for those wanting to use a DIY multi-signature setup. We’ll take you through benefits and risks, what you will need, what you need to back up and how to go about getting it done.

You might not be new to Bitcoin but you may have friends and family who are interested in learning. You may not have the time to teach. This could be the one stop shop you can send them to where we will guide and steer them clear of pitfalls.
